East Carolina Community Development Inc. (ECCDI) is dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals and families who are experiencing economic and social stress in their every day lives.

ECCDI, located in historic Beaufort, North Carolina, has established high quality, affordable apartment communities for low-to-moderate income residents. These lovely Coastal Carolina communities can be found in Beaufort, Morehead City, Newport, Jacksonville, and Wilmington. Loans have been made available to over 24 local businesses, stimulating and sustaining economic and job growth in the regions they serve.
